Orange and Grapefruit Granita

I had never made Granita before today, and I’m so glad I tried it. So easy, and such a refreshing treat. You could use any combination of juice fruit here, I’m trying lemon with apple juice next. You could put it in a glass with some Sprite and Absolute Lemon vodka for a treat too. Hmmmm….

A citrus granita sounds REALLY refreshing — and I like your suggestions for “additional ingredients!” :)
