It’s Super Bowl Eve’s Eve. One might begin to think I actually care about football, but then one might be wrong.
I care about the football food. Snacks, desserts, dips, wings, meatballs…need I continue?
If you haven’t made treats yet, these are super simple. The brownies take 5 minutes to prep, 10 minutes to bake, and about 20 minutes to decorate. In well under an hour you have a delicious dessert! Thanks to pinterest for the awesome frosting inspiration!

For the Brownies: 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
For the Frosting: 1 cup butter, softened 1 cup semi-sweet morsels, melted
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup semi-sweet morsels (optional)
- 2 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3-4 Tbsp skim milk
- 4 oz white chocolate, meltedInstructionsIn large bowl mix all the brownie ingredients together until combined. Scoop by tablespoon into silicone brownie bite pan.Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Remove and cool on wire rack.**note** If you don't have a brownie bite pan, bake in a 13x9 pan for 25 minutes.For the frosting, beat butter, melted semi-sweet chocolate, powdered sugar and milk until desired consistency. Pipe onto brownie bites from one corner to opposite corner using small star tip.Put white chocolate into a ziploc bag, cut off corner. Pipe laces onto frosting. Enjoy!Powered by Recipage
