I wanted to let you all know my little old food blog known as Shugary Sweets turned one years old this month. I began blogging many years before, just to share pictures and stories with family and friends. Then in January of last year I began sharing recipes. In April of 2011, I purchased my domain name and officially began food blogging on a regular basis on my new blog, Shugary Sweets.
Over the last few days I’ve posed this silly question to all of you…and I received some funny responses. Here are some of your answers, plus a few of my own…

…the dust in your kitchen is actually flour (or powdered sugar in my case)
…your children often ask if the treat has been photographed or can they eat it yet

…you plan vacations around food stops (Carlo’s Bakery??)
…you spend more time “talking” to online blog friends than you do your neighbors
…you buy cute straws, to use at props not for drinking out of
…you skip past an entire post just to get to the giveaway (hello?? anyone there???)
