Pumpkin No Bake Dessert

This delicious recipe is perfect when you want to “pumpkin all the things” but also eat healthy.

Not only is the dip filled with all that delicious, vitamin packed pumpkin, but it’s also made with Greek Yogurt!

I love using Greek Yogurt in recipes, it adds a tasty kick of protein! We use Greek yogurt in our pina colada smoothie, but also in baked goods like lemon scones.

Pumpkin combined with yogurt and warm spices creates the ultimate fall treat.

This dip reminds me of pumpkin pie and pumpkin cheesecake in one glorious no bake dessert.

Ingredient Notes

Ingredients needed to make pumpkin pie dip.
  • Pumpkin– make sure to choose canned pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling!
  • Greek Yogurt- I used a slightly sweet vanilla greek yogurt, but you can use plain here too. Want to make the dip thicker? Swap out the yogurt for cream cheese!
  • Cool Whip– gives the light, fluffy texture. Homemade whipped cream or stabilized whipped cream would work great too!
  • Spices– I used individual spices, but swap them out for 1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice if it’s easier!
  • Cinnamon Tortilla Chips– buy a bag or make your own cinnamon sugar tortilla chips. So easy with our recipe!
