Frozen Banana Bites

Sharing is caring!

Frozen bananas covered in chocolate is one of my favorite treats from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Yes, okay, fine, I used to get a lot of treats at the Chocolate factory (like this and this). It’s a good thing we moved away. I agree completely. Because now, I can recreate the treats at home, by the dozens. Ha, take that!

Here’s the difference, I like a good chocolate to banana ratio, so I cut my bananas into chunks before freezing them! Plus, don’t you feel less guilty when you eat a smaller portion.

What about if you eat 6 smaller portions?

( I really need some sunshine back here in Ohio…these pictures are crazy bad)

  1. So last summer my son wanted to learn how to cook a few of his favorites. That’s the plan for this summer too. He doesn’t yet know that these bananas will be on his “favorites list.” But I know they will. And this will also be a fun thing for him to make. Thanks!
