Milk & Olive Oil
Place raw chicken in a bowl and cover with milk and lemon juice. Refrigerate 2-4 hours.
Coat chicken in flour mix. Cook in skillet 3 minutes on each side then finish cooking in oven.
Cook garlic & sundried tomatoes. Add corn starch and broth. While whisking add in cream, spinach & seasonings.
Finish Sauce & Serve
After spinach is wilted add in parmesan. Keep on low. Finish cooking chicken & pasta. Serve together in large bowl.
