Mix Batter

Sift dry ingredients. In mixing bowl blend oil, milk, eggs, vanilla, vinegar & food color. Add in dry ingredients.

Prepare To Bake

Line muffin tins with 24 cupcake wrappers. Fill each one about 2/3 full. Bake.

Cool & Frost

Beat butter & cream cheese until fluffy. Add in other ingredients. Frost cupcakes once they are cool.
