Mix Cake Batter

Mix sugar, oil & eggs. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, & cinnamon. Beat until combined and fluffy.

Bake Cakes

Fold carrots into batter. Pour batter into two well greased cake pans. Bake for 30 minutes.

Mix Frosting & Decorate Cake

Cream butter  & cream cheese. Add vanilla, & powdered sugar. Mix well. Fold in pecans. Spread over cake and enjoy!
