Chocolate Cake Shake

Now, you can have your cake and drink it too!  This creamy Chocolate Cake Shake is blended with real pieces of chocolate cake, for a cold treat you can't pass up.

Ingredients

  • 6 scoops chocolate ice cream
  • 1 big slice (about 2 cups) chocolate cake, prepared with chocolate frosting
  • splash of milk

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine ice cream with chocolate cake, crumbled.
  2. Add milk and blend. Makes two servings.
  3. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate cake. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • FOr delicious results, use my chocolate cake recipe! Or use leftover chocolate cupcakes (you'll need at least two)!
  • If you want it thinner, add a little more milk. For a thicker shake you can eat with a spoon, start with the teeniest splash of milk and go from there.
  • Don't forget to garnish your cake with an extra slice of chocolate cake (haha) as well as some whipped cream!
