Red Pepper Hummus

Creamy, easy Roasted Red Pepper Hummus recipe is smooth and perfect served with warm pita bread or chips.


  • 15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 4 oz jar roasted red peppers
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 Tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil


  1. In food processor, puree the beans, red peppers, tahini, lemon juice and seasonings. Process until smooth and slightly fluffy. Add in olive oil and process until well blended.
  2. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
