Apple Bread recipe bursting with cinnamon and apple pie filling! You'll love this easy 5 ingredient recipe for a delicious comfort food treat!


  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 can (20 oz) apple pie filling
  • 4 large eggs
  • ΒΌ cup Cinnamon/Sugar blend


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray two 9x5-inch loaf pans with baking spray, or grease and flour. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add apple pie filling first. Mash apples with a fork, or cut into small pieces.
  3. Add flour, cake mix, cinnamon, and eggs. Mix just until combined.
  4. Pour batter into prepared loaf pans. Sprinkle tops genererously with cinnamon/sugar blend.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from pans and cool on wire rack.
  6. Store in airtight container for freshness. Serve warm with ice cream.
