Ingredients

  • 2 packages (16 ounce each) frozen fresh-cut green beans
  • 2 cans (10.5 ounce each) cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can (6 ounce) French's crispy fried onions, divided

Instructions

  1. Spray crockpot with olive oil cooking spray (or brush with olive oil).
  2. Add green beans, soup, parmesan cheese, milk, salt, and pepper to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
  3. Fold in about half of the fried onions.
  4. Cover slow cooker and cook on low for up to 4 hours.
  5. Remove lid and top with remaining French's fried onions. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

  • If using canned green beans, you'll need about 4 cans (14 ounce each).
  • For a more authentic flavor, swap out the salt and use 1 teaspoon of soy sauce instead! You'll love it.
  • Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
