  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 16 oz salsa (about 1 ¾ cup)
  • 1 can (4 oz) green chilies
  • 1 can (2.25oz) sliced black olives
  • 1 ¼ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, taco, mexican, etc)
  • 1 ½ cup guacamole
  • garnish: cherry tomatoes, green onion, cilantro

Instructions

  1. Line a small glass or can with aluminum foil. Wrap tightly so no wrinkles. Place in the center or a 9 inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until smooth. Spread in bottom of pan.
  3. Next layer the salsa, green chilies, and black olives.
  4. Top with shredded cheese, then spread guacamole over the top.
  5. To garnish, top with cilantro and green onion. Add cherry tomatoes for holly. Refrigerate at least one hour. Keep in pan until ready to serve.
  6. To serve, remove pan (using a knife around edges if needed). Remove can from center and serve with tortilla chips. ENJOY.
