These Monster Cookies are full of M&Ms, chocolate chips, peanut butter and oats for a cookie that is fun, chewy and delicious (don't tell but I added raisins too)! They're easy to make and perfect for sharing or freezing.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 ½ cups quick cook oats
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 package (11 ounce) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 package (10 ounce) M&M'S mini chocolate baking bits (you can use regular M&M'S candy if you prefer)
  • ¾ cup raisins, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter with sugars until creamy, about 3 minutes. Add in peanut butter and beat well.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla until well combined. Slowly add in flour, oats and baking soda, mix until blended.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips and candy pieces.
  5. Using a 2 Tbsp cookie scoop, drop cookie dough onto baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until lightly browned on top. Remove from oven and allow to cool several minutes on pan before cooling on a wire rack.
  6. Store in airtight container for up to one week. ENJOY!

Notes

  • Use my homemade vanilla extract for best cookie dough flavor!
  • For evenly sized cookies, use a 2 tablespoon sized cookie scoop to portion out the dough.
  • Storing: Monster Cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
  • Freezing: Baked cookies can be stored in the freezer if you want to keep them longer. Thaw at room temperature before enjoying! Use our guide on how to freeze cookie dough for best results.
