Slow Cooker Pizza Soup

Easy Pizza Soup recipe served in the slow cooker!


  • 1 pound ground Italian sausage
  • 32 ounces beef broth
  • 1 can (15 ounce) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 ounce) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (4 ounce) diced green chilies
  • ½ small onion, diced
  • 1 can (2.5 ounce) sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 Tablespoon dried basil
  • 2 Tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
  • ¼ cup diced pepperoni slices
  • 1 can (4 ounce) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese


  1. In a large skillet, cook and crumble Italian sausage over medium high heat. Remove and drain off fat.
  2. In a large crockpot, add all ingredients except the cheese. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  3. When ready to serve, top each bowl with shredded cheese. ENJOY!
