Start your day off right with a healthy Cranberry Orange Smoothie! This easy smoothie recipe is full of fresh zesty flavor. Add in some protein powder for a great post workout treat!

  • Handful of ice (about 6 cubes)
  • 6 ounce Vanilla yogurt (any brand)
  • ¼ cup fresh cranberries
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 large banana (I use mine frozen)
  • protein powder, optional

  1. In a blender, combine ice, yogurt, cranberries, orange juice and banana. Blend for 1-2 minutes, scraping down the sides halfway if needed.
  2. Add protein powder and blend, if desired. ENJOY!

  • If you make this recipe with all frozen fruit, it make be very thick as you blend it. Feel free to add a splash of milk or more orange juice until the smoothie reaches your preferred consistency.
  • Serve immediately in one big glass or divide it between two smaller glasses.
  • Add a few fresh cranberries to each smoothie for a pretty garnish. An orange wedge on the rim would be a fun finishing touch too.
