This is the perfect dip to serve on Valentine's day! It's a chocolate chip cheeseball with toffee chips mixed in and then covered in holiday sprinkles! My kids are requesting this dip as their after school snack on Valentine's Day! And apples are the perfect dipping tool, too!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • ½ cup toffee bits (Heath)
  • sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add both sugars and beat until completely blended. Stir in morsels and toffee bits.
  2. Wrap mixture in a large piece of plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. If desired, lay on serving tray and shape into a heart, cover with sprinkles!
  3. **optional: you can also cover this in chopped nuts or additional mini chocolate chips
