Chicken Artichoke Jalapeno Panini

  • 4 slices Italian bread
  • 3 oz deli thick sliced chicken breast
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 Mezzetta deli sliced Jalapenos, diced
  • 2 oz Mezzetta Grilled Artichokes, diced
  • 2 oz mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
  • 1 Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter


  1. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese with diced jalapenos and diced artichokes. Set aside.
  2. Heat griddle over medium high heat. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place two slices of bread, butter side down on griddle. Top with cream cheese mixture, chicken breasts, parmesan cheese and mozzarella. Place second slice of bread, butter side up.
  3. Heat until cheese begins to melt, and bread begins to brown. Flip and heat on other side.
  4. Serve warm!
