Pimento Cheese Dip

Filled with pimentos, cheddar cheese, protein-rich Greek yogurt and a hint of pepper jack, this Pimento Cheese dip is flavorful, smoky and finished with just a bit of heat.

Ingredients

  • 1- 8 oz block extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 oz pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 1- 4 oz jar of pimentos, drained
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • pinch of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor until mix well combined. Serve with toasted pita triangles or sliced vegetables.
  2. Keeps in refrigerator for 2 weeks
