Notes
Pie Crust. No need to pre-bake the crust. We use a refrigerated pie crust (to make this easy), but feel free to use our homemade pie crust if desired.
Cheese- for best flavor and results, grate your own cheese.
Storage- store leftovers for up to 3 days in refrigerator. Reheat in microwave or oven.
Freeze- Bake your quiche and cool completely. Wrap in plastic wrap and a freezer bag or layer of foil. Make sure to use a freezer to oven safe pie plate (metal or diposable is best). Cook frozen quiche in a 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes. You may need to put a pie shield on the crust (or wrap with foil) so the edges don't burn.
