In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add both sugars and beat until completely blended. Stir in morsels and toffee bits.
Wrap mixture in a large piece of plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. If desired, lay on serving tray and shape into a heart, cover with sprinkles!
Notes
If you don’t want to do sprinkles, you can also cover this in chopped nuts or additional mini chocolate chips.
To shape the cheeseball, unwrap the chilled mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper and shape it with your hands.
Adding sprinkles? Use your hands to pat them into the cheeseball so they stick.
Soften the cream cheese and butter before starting the recipe. If they’re still chilled, they’ll stick to the beaters and you’ll have trouble getting them to evenly mix into the other ingredients.
After chilling, unwrap onto a sheet of parchment paper and shape with your hands. Then you can also pat sprinkles onto it.
