Dairy-free Banana Ice Cream with no added sugar. You're going to love this delicious sugar-free treat that's so easy to make too. Did I mention it's only ONE INGREDIENT?
Place sliced, ripe bananas into a freezer bag and freeze for at least 4 hours, until solid (or overnight).
Place frozen bananas into a food processor or heavy-duty blender and begin pulsing. The bananas will look like crumbs at first. Continue processing until it becomes smoother, about 10 minutes.
After processing the mixture will turn into the consistency of a soft serve ice cream. Blend another 20 seconds to incorporate air into the mixture. Serve immediately.
Or, freeze for a firm, scoopable ice cream.
Notes
One banana makes roughly 1 cup of soft serve ice cream. Blen as many as you want/need.
Ripe bananas have more sweetness!
