These Chicken Parmesan Sliders are the ultimate weeknight shortcut or game day snack. Crispy chicken patties, mozzarella cheese, and garlic butter baked on sweet Hawaiian rolls.
Cook chicken patties according to package directions. Use your favorite patty or tender you prefer.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 13x9 baking dish with foil. Set it aside.
Without separating the rolls, slice the sliders in half. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the baking dish.
Spoon half of the marinara sauce on the bottom bun. Top with the cooked chicken patties. Add the other half of the sauce, then the slices of cheese. Followed by the top bun.
Melt butter in small bowl in the microwave. Whisk in the garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and half of the parmesan cheese. Brush mixture over the top of the sliders.
Bake sliders for 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining 1 Tablespoon of parmesan cheese. Slice and serve.
Notes
Cook the chicken patties ahead of time in the oven or air fryer. Chicken tenders can also be used.
For the mozzarella, use the sandwich style sliced mozzarella for best results. However, you could use fresh sliced mozzarella for an incredibly cheesy slider.
I prefer Hawaiian sweet rolls, but any style sliders works great.
Store leftover sliders in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or airfryer until warm.
