Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 large avocado, diced
- 1 pound grilled chicken, see notes
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add romaine, tomatoes, onion, and avocado.
- Top with cooked chicken and bacon. Drizzle with ranch dressing and serve immediately.
Notes
- I love using my blackened chicken tenders for today’s salad. You could also use leftover chicken or a rotisserie chicken.
- If not serving this salad immediately, keep individual ingredients stored separately and assemble before serving.
- Swap romaine for a combination of spinach and spring mix. Add in chopped peppers for extra crunch.
