Almond Dessert Tips and Tricks

Almond Extract- always remember a little goes a long way. Unlike adding vanilla, I prefer to measure almond extract to avoid over-doing it.

Complimentary Flavors- Truly endless. Chocolate of course pairs well with almond, but also berries, vanilla, and citrus too!

Don’t Skip Texture- Sliced or slivered almonds add a nice crunch that balances well in cakes and cookies!

Use Quality Ingredients- Because almond flavor is delicate, using high-quality extract or real almonds makes a difference. And always use REAL butter.
