Lemon Meringue Fudge

Lemon Meringue Fudge: Delicious creamy lemon fudge topped with homemade lemon curd, marshmallows and crushed grahams @shugarysweets

Brace yourself. I’m about to make a declaration. An announcement. It’s huge.

Are you ready???

This Lemon Meringue Fudge is the best fudge I have ever made.”

I know. It’s hard to believe. I mean. I’ve made Root Beer Fudge. Cinnabon Fudge. Cookies and Cream Fudge. Strawberry Swirl Fudge. So many flavors of fudge.

But yes, this has to be my favorite. Granted, I’m a little partial because it’s lemon. With homemade lemon curd.

Want to make it yourself now? Visit Food Fanatic and check out my recipe for Lemon Meringue Fudge.

Then make it for yourself for Mother’s day. Or Father’s day. Or just because. You’ll understand.

Pretty excited about this! I like fudge, but I always feel like it needs something to cut through the sweetness, lemon is totally perfect (plus I love lemon) Can’t wait to try it out :)

I love fudge, and the day I made this I made two other flavors. They were all delicious, but the fresh lemon curd just gave these an edge. You’re right, it’s like it cut through the sweetness!

What happened! I clicked on the link for that “taco quche” recipe, and got redirected to this site? However, this lemon meringue fudge recipe, looks tempting….dorothy from “crazy for crust” would be jealous.

    • posted May 7, 2013 at 1:47 pm

I have no idea! But glad you found me Mary! yes Dorothy loves her crust!!!

      • posted May 7, 2013 at 2:12 pm

I know that. but, it’s the link in bru crew’s blog that didn’t work, and somehow I ended up here. (On your site) I already posted to jostelyn about the web site situation. That I wanted that recipe from “yummy healthy easy” but the link did not take me to their site…only yours. =-O

wonder why it is so hard to find your recipes?
Keep trying and it won’t show up and even if I try a different site and type in the information the recipe doesn’t show up…what’s happening there?
You show it but won’t share the recipes….too hard to connect….very unfortunate….thanks!

If you use home made marshmallow fluff using honey will it set up enough? I know the honey doesn’t freeze firm. Just wondering

    • posted Dec 18, 2014 at 7:04 pm

I’ve never made homemade marshmallow fluff, so I’m not sure.
