Need a “done for you” Easter menu this holiday season? From ham to carrot cake and everything in between I have it all covered below!

Collage of sliced ham, layered salad in a trifle bowl, deviled eggs, and carrot cake with frosting.

🍖 Easter Dinner Plans

Our holidays are relaxed because I love choosing recipes that can be made in advance, or are easy to throw together in the morning. Here are a few of my favorite main dishes. Choose one or both for your meal!

  • This Honey Baked Ham is juicy, tender, and perfectly caramelized. It’s easy to make, and has a mouthwatering honey brown sugar glaze.
  • Assemble this Lasagna recipe the night before for a stress free holiday!

🥔Easter Side Dishes

Are you a hot or cold side dish on Easter kind of family? My grandma started us on a trend to serve both (and one of them better contain JELL-O). Here are a number of dishes we love to serve, choose your favorites!

Hot Dishes:

Cold Sides:

  • I mean, Deviled Eggs are mandatory, right? This is my grandma’s recipe that I grew up eating.
  • This Ambrosia Fruit Salad is the classic Easter side dish many midwest family’s serve and eat. My grandma’s fruit salad never missed an appearance either!
  • Okay, confession, my side dishes lean towards desserts. But Snicker’s Salad has apples so it’s perfect.
  • The perfect pair to all that fruit. This vegetable hearty 7 Layer salad keeps people coming back for more!

🥕Easter Desserts

Making and sharing desserts is my super power. I’ve got a list of over 50 Easter desserts, but here are a few of my family’s TOP treats.

  • I updated this old Carrot Cake recipe from my family and it’s incredible. Of course it’s loaded with cream cheese frosting.
  • I have some family that refuse to eat carrot cake, so this Coconut Cake is for them! Moist and so flavorful.
  • Making Lemon Bars is so easy, plus they are bursting with lemon flavor! This recipe was tweaked and made about a dozen times before I shared it!
  • In my childhood, Baker’s Square was the place to get all our holiday pies. And my homemade French Silk Pie takes me back with it’s creamy, nostalgic layers of chocolate and whipped cream.

Be sure to check out all my other Easter Recipes or find me on social media and I’ll share more there.

If you make any of my recipes, be sure to leave a comment and review. Happy Holidays, xo,

Aimee
