Thanksgiving Cookie Cake and a Turkey Day Roundup!
On Monday I shared some Santa Hat Hot Cocoa Brownies with you. Before Thanksgiving.
And I received a little flack for that. Several people thought I jumped the gun a bit. Not that anyone minded me sharing Eggnog Muffins, Chocolate Peppermint Cheesecake or Gingerbread Rice Krispie Treats. But the santa hats I think were uncalled for in some of your minds.
That’s okay. I get it. You don’t pull out your Christmas decorations the day after Halloween. And have nutcrackers hanging out on your mantle with your “Give Thanks” garland.
Understandable. So here’s what I’m going to do. Today.
Today I will share with you my favorite go-to recipe for a cookie cake. Just like you get at the mall, only better cause it’s fresh and homemade! (scroll down all the way for the recipe)
AND, as a special bonus, I will do a little Thanksgiving round up with some of my favorite recipes! I know. I’m a giver.
Seriously though, have a very Happy Thanksgiving! And if you aren’t from the US, just give your friends and family a hug on Thursday and remember to be thankful for everything! Even the small things, like cookie cakes.
And be sure to stop back over here on Friday. I have an awesome announcement and recipe!!! Plus starting on Sunday, I will be doing giveaways of my favorite things….
