Pumpkin No Bake Dessert

This delicious recipe is perfect when you want to “pumpkin all the things” but also eat healthy.

Not only is the dip filled with all that delicious, vitamin packed pumpkin, but it’s also made with Greek Yogurt!

I love using Greek Yogurt in recipes, it adds a tasty kick of protein! We use Greek yogurt in our avocado tzatziki, but also in baked goods like lemon scones.

Ingredient Notes

Pumpkinmake sure to choose canned pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling!

Greek Yogurt- I used a slightly sweet vanilla greek yogurt, but you can use plain here too. Want to make the dip thicker? Swap out the yogurt for cream cheese!

Cool Whip– gives the light, fluffy texture. Homemade whipped cream would work great too!

SpicesI used individual spices, but swap them out for 1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice if it’s easier!
